But why do things the hard way?

Sharing this journey with others can be so much more fulfilling.

Checking in with them to see how they're doing and having someone check in on you.

Sharing yummy recipes you've tried or preparing meals together.

Signing up for fun classes together, and feeling silly while trying not to pass out.

Going to the gym and pushing each other through a tough workout.

Sharing funny memes and inspirational quotes that you think will resonate with the other or make them laugh.

While your health journey is YOURS, we would love nothing more than to join you on it.

Our 30-Day Accountability Challenge is all about OWNING IT!!!

Owning your part in staying the course, reaching your goals, and making strides one day at a time.

In our private Facebook group, we want to foster a sense of trust and camaraderie with one another. 

We will be providing you with a Daily Fitness or Nutrition Focus. We'll even toss in some workouts and recipes along the way.

This will be something to simply help guide you through the course of the challenge while pushing you forward toward better health.

This space will be for YOU but shared with others who are on a similar path.

We ask that you post something about your journey EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. in our private group to help hold you accountable.

Our goal is for you to have a 30-day wellness journal by the end of the challenge!!!
