Flow-In-The-Dark

Get ready for a unique twist on our Vinyasa Flow yoga class!

In this glow-in-the-dark experience, the studio will be illuminated with black lights, creating a vibrant atmosphere as you flow through each pose.

We’ll guide you through a dynamic sequence, blending breath and movement, while the glow surrounds you, adding an extra layer of fun and energy to your practice.

Wear your brightest neon or white workout clothes to really shine, and prepare to flow, stretch, and glow!

This is a moderate-intensity class but can be scaled up or down to fit your needs. All yogis, new to yoga or seasoned, are welcome.

To honor your time and ours, we ask that you arrive early to find your spot and settle in as class will start promptly at 10:30 AM.
