About The Event
Staying hydrated is one of the most important things you can do for your body. Proper hydration aids in:
- Organ functionality
- Body temperature regulation
- Weight loss & weight management
- Reducing anxiousness & headaches
...and so much more!!!
Buttttt oftentimes, despite knowing all of the many amazing benefits of staying hydrated, it's one of the hardest things for people to stay on top of.
This is why we wanted to start this 14-Day Hydration Challenge!!!
With a daily goal to meet and encouragement from our community, we hope to help you start living your best, hydrated life for the next couple of weeks and beyond.
Here's what to expect:
- The Community: Join our private Facebook group (a link will be sent in the welcome email) & meet the other participants!
- The Goal: Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day.
- The Accountability: Snap a picture of your last empty water container & add it to our daily check-in post so we can celebrate you!
- The Reward: Better sleep, more energy, clearer skin, less bloating, and so much more!!!
